How it reaches you
This site is a catalogue. You browse here, and the purchase itself happens in the partner store listing we send you to, which is also where the parcel is packed, labelled and handed to a carrier.
That means the delivery estimate you see at checkout is the real one — it is calculated from the warehouse holding the stock and your postcode, which is information we never see. The same applies to shipping cost, customs on international orders, and any promise of a faster option.
Tracking appears in your order page in that store as soon as the carrier scans the parcel, usually within a day of dispatch. If a tracking number has stopped moving for several days, the store can chase the carrier; we have no way to.
One thing worth knowing about our products specifically: the lithium cells in the cubes, dice and boards travel shipped at a partial charge, as the rules require. A new cube arriving at half battery is normal and not a fault.
